The GRP Refurbishing Process
Arrival
Every spare part that arrives at our workshop is taken care of in the best way. Whether it’s a circuit board, motor controller, or servo drive, each part will be either refurbished or recycled.
Assessment and Diagnosis
Our team of expert technicians conducts a thorough assessment of the incoming parts. We perform an optical inspection and determine if the part is repairable.
Cleaning and Restoration
Once diagnosed, the real work begins. We use advanced cleaning techniques and special equipment to rid the parts of dust and dirt that may have accumulated over time. Our goal is to restore each component to its original condition. Both functionally and if possible – aesthetically.
Repair and Upgrade
With precision and skill, we embark on the repair process. From replacing worn-out or known weak components to addressing faulty connections, our technicians leave no stone unturned in ensuring that your spare parts are in optimal working condition. We also upgrade the parts to the latest possible version. As part of our commitment to quality, we also replace some old critical electrolyte capacitors and fans. By replacing them, we significantly increase the expected lifetime of the product.
Quality Assurance
Before the refurbished and repaired spare part is deemed ready, it undergoes rigorous quality assurance testing. We use both special test equipment and complete robot systems to maintain highest level of quality. All parts are tested and approved by experienced professionals – and delivered with one year warranty!
